Dvb T Tuner Expresscard 54 Driver Medion

I have a KWORLD PLUS TV HYBRID PCI (DVB-T 210SE) TV card which I used on my previous PC running Windows XP. I have bought a new PC running Windows Vista and have installed the TV card. I also installed MCE Encoder at the same time (maybe I shouldn't have done). When I scan for analogue channels the application seizes up and I got a warning red box saying 'Scheduled agent setting file is corrupted. (2006)' I then got a box headed Analogue TVR which said 'Invalid floating point operation'. I had the invalid floating point error.this only happened after I installed vista service pack 1 on my vista x64 machine.

After much hunting around I used the following tuner software which seems to have resolved the problem (still using the v1.3.3.

Medion dvb-t tuner expresscard 54 problem on Medion Notebook MDno 2 beeps and no tunerhardware found, hopefully problem can be fixed by changing meion Used to watch tv through windows media centre on vista.

Found it difficult to get any info of Medion Express card. I have been informed that the DVB-T card will only work in an area which has digitally installed TV. My arfea does not have digital TV so that may be the problem. Appreciate your help.
