I got Pazifik Corps working fine here, what i did was this: I Had my 'MODS' folder from previous mods, i installed Pazifik Corps there: -Copied all files Pazifik requires (if the file doesnt exist, it doesnt matter) -Then copied these files to Pazifik Corps folder: steam_api.dll steam_appid.txt -Launched game from the PanzerCorps.exe included in the mod folder. Polnaya rasshifrovka oshibok man tga. -Played and won in the name of glorious Japan (its funny that the translation from german sometimes is messed up and creates a rather comic effect in the briefings).
