Do you receive any error messages? Serial number entry and activation are two separate things, and it would be easy for you as a user to think one is failing when it is actually the other. We need more info from you before we can tell what's happening. The activation server is experiencing some difficulty, and it was non-responsive. If you got past that, did you get an error message? Did it give you a new dialog explaining how to manually activate and giving you the 3 pieces of information required: RealFlight serial number, InterLink serial number, and Activation Key? If you try going to the manual activation site, does the page load? If so, what happens when you enter your info and click Request Activation?
